Duterte was called a nickname as a ""Punisher" given by his fans, obviously maybe because of his tough hand on criminal however, on the side of the (PNP) Philippine National Police said; Infact millions of surrendered than are killed. Most of the killings for your information are not official or most likely said not from PNP. The question here who is killed those people? Some people said it was the same people are those involve in the drug trade, for them to be silent they must kill than the other drug trader might be reveal.
In other words if some Trader are seized by the PNP since then they become an asset to reveal the bigger fish in the ocean. Pity on the small fish trader because they are the one who are hands on and pressed on are most of them are poor people. But as Duterte said, "it has to stop", "destroy the system and operation whether poor or rich if you are involve in the crime and trade of illegal drugs you are subject to apprehension".
Some foreign Government official reprimanded Duterte for his ruling however, duterte become furious after he had heard the opinion and started cursing for Duterte knew his jurisdiction for one's chief ruler to a democratic and not a colony of other country has the right to rule in their own free will with no care of other ( meaning in jurisdiction of governance).
Inaddition, Duterte became more popular to his neighboring country and even to the whole world as of December 15, 2016 Forbes said; Duterte ranked 70 in list of most Powerful people. In just 1 year from his service his satisfaction rate become unprecedented just no one else did in the history. In just a lot of changes happens as he declared it on his speech while he was still running for presidency. From crime to administrations and projects just popping and coming true. Visiting to different regions in the country and flying to other country to find and negotiate for the purpose of watering the economy so that it will become more prosperous. Likewise, scolding the companies that are not properly paying their taxes of their businesses.
There are still on going the upgrades and projects of the country just as the promise of by connecting the two province feom Samar to Bicol region From Leyte to Surigao region that cost 190 plus billion pesos in total for the construction project and it has handed by the Chinese construction firm. I am excited what are the other unprecedented things that he will do to the Philippines my country.
