I don't see any celebrity avatars on Steemit. And you aren't rewarded here for "doing nothing." If you don't create good content, you will not be rewarded. And if you do create good content, it can take some creativity and marketing to get it noticed. Stop being so butthurt, and maybe try to challenge yourself by posting something worth reading or watching.
