Initially, The makers of Dhoom franchise, Yash Raj Films were very interested in roping in pan-India superstar Prabhas for the fourth instalment of the franchise, Dhoom 4.
But things have changed now and Yash Raj Films are no longer intending to bring Prabhas on-board for Dhoom 4.
The notes production house is aware that Prabhas has already lined up a handful of pan-India projects and a few of them including Adipurush and an actioner with Siddharth Anand will be straight Hindi films.
So, they opine all the X-factor and anticipation surrounding Prabhas’s Bollywood entry will be cashed in by these films and there won’t be too much excitement even if signs Dhoom 4.
Consequently, Prabhas is no longer in contention for an important role in Dhoom 4.
