Yup, delegating RC seems a natural move and it was probably planned since the begging. I just hope there's gonna be an easy way to do it :)
For example: the voting bots have tons of unused RCs. I wish there was a website, where you could login trough steemconnect and allow users to create accounts using your RCs (although without any SP delegation, those accounts could probably make 1 transaction per day which is not ideal :)
