Rare instance of a home cooked dinner by my dad. He's been trying to find good things to fill his time with in retirement.
His signature dishes are vegetable beef and catfish.
My fishing adventures are usually by the pier at Huntington Beach. While we were eating, he had nostalgia of catching fish by the riverbed in Vietnam. I usually let him do all the talking since my interests are "so millennial."

the fat is the best among fishes. Quite boney.
Catfish is good for preparing meals , your father must be a good cook because the recipes looks tasty and pleasing to the eye . Delicious and yummy meal
