You do an honorable, and selfless job. Much appreciated. The Zoe project is definitely a good one.
I know of the hundreds of risks to which pregnant mothers and their children are daily exposed to, the majority of which, in deed translate to deaths.
The undertaking of this Zoe project should be a timely and much required intervention, albeit yet only in South Africa.
Even so, it is a model operation that could just the same, be mirrored in other countries
