It is in the interest of Justice to base Court judgments on the actual facts, truth, evidence, proof, reality.
Honestly who cares?
After spent 1.5 years in the system realising that facts, truth, evidence, proof, reality do not matter.

My recent created MP and Ombudsman contains the following suggestion:
[SIDENOTE SUGGESTION] To establish a policy regarding a number, medium (email, phone, snail mail physical signed for letter) and timespan (not all on a single day) of contact attempts upon completion of which it is allowed to say “unable to contact”.
