The effects of the CPS agencies is a vital matter that had being ignored for years, but the time has come to put an end to it. I most confess that, the establishment of the CPS agencies is wrong and very bad, although the motive for it's creation is good, in the sense that it was established to bring about succor to less privileged parents who cannot afford to take care of there children, but the way it's been approached, makes the creation of the agency rather more harmful leading to creation of more problems, as supposed to bringing about a solution.

Particularly in the U.S there are two processes of recidivism.
(1) Rereport/ Referral
(2) Recurrence
The Rereport occurs after a report of child abuse or neglect called index report.
while the Recurrence is consistent,as a result of subsequent report of child abuse after an initial call; it's also refers to as "substantiated" reffers which confirms Rereport of an initial report of child abuse or neglect
- From the definition of picora el al.(2000) Recidivism is defined as" recurring abuse and neglect, subsequent or reported maltreatment of a child after identification to public authorities" but this is not all inclusive since not all cases are reported to the authority. we also bearing in mind , the possible cases of corruption, conspiracy and evil manipulations in CPS , one of which is the
ANTI-FAMILY MINDSET OF CPS.
ANTI-Family mindset of the CPS against families is rather destructive, which is why there's a need to radically adopt a guide lines to help maintain proper checks and balances on the operations of the CPS agencies.
*Except in cases of parents with mental disorderliness, where the CPS agencies have to come to the rescue of the child , other wise, I think for no reason , should children be taking from their parents, because the truth is, nobody loves and cares for a child than the parents themselves
*WHAT THEN IS THE SOLUTION...
The best thing I suggest should be done, is that government agencies should rather look out for means of assistance for this parents,by helping them become more financially and materially buoyant, as to seeking means of helping them secure better paying jobs sufficient enough to help them cater for their family's, instead of forcefully taking children from their parents, which may end up opening an higher forms of abuses to this children directly or indirectly by the CPS or corrupt minded people who seeks to exploit these children in form of
Child Trafficking.
Prostitutions.
Child Labour.
Child sex Slave e.t.c , by so doing leading to the issues of mental disorientation of the child, such as repression, social isolation and other related problems .

So whether DCF, DCFS, DSS, and DHS, since they all serve the same purpose, can also therefore leads to causing harms and damages to the family.
