I've been away from steemit for a while, but it has been to study about religion and world history. Our high schools omit something when they teach about the muslims in school. While they teach that there is a tax on people with different religions in their territory, what they often fail to teach is that the ottoman Turks would take christian boys in their territories and then raise them as Muslims slaves called Janissary. The Janisaries were at least elite in the Ottoman empire, but I don't think that would be the case in Sweden. I am not saying muslims shouldn't do foster care. But If regulators aren't more careful, they are going to open up real deep conspiracies about the Islamification of Europe and stir up the nationalists pot more. Before you know it they will have a real Helter Skelter.
Although I been familiar with the treating people better than the Roman & the Turks for almost 2 years now (maybe more). When thinking of the Jainisaries, and the abysmal failure of our foster care system here in the states. If the states (and obviously countries) can't at least provide better outcomes for foster kids than what the Ottoman Turks did, then these governments should get out of the business of kidnapping kids.
