yes, you're right, but in fact all healthy and nice kids have been already taken away from orphanages... mostly sick kids or kids with bad genetics are left there, that's why these kidnappers prefer such "dirty" methods to get newborns.
My friend is trying to adopt a kid now, and it's a great problem! there're no "free" healthy kids in orphanages, there're hundreds of people who wait for their chance for years to get a baby.. all healthy kids are sold very fast...
