In our hotel Sheridan Beach Resort and Spa you can book an extra activity. We did the 7 natural wonders of the world tour. (You can also book Sabang Zipline, Mangrove Paddle Boat tour, palawan bearcat or atv jungle track etc.)
The underground river (8,2 km length) at Puerto Princesa, Palawan, Philippines was voted in 2012 by the global community as one of the new 7 Wonders of the World and is part of the UNESCO World Heritage
Lets go to the underground river! (20 min. Away from our hotel with the boat) oh before you go make sure you have a waterproof bag in case it get wet you can buy it everywhere especially on the beach
As you can see on the picture below, you have to wear life jackets and a helmet to protect you from harmful drops inside the cave oh and watch out for bats shits.. you will also get a audio equipment, useful throughout the route.
You will get into the kayak with 9 other visitors plus the guide that will guide you the next 45 minutes, listening to the audio guide, language of your choice.
Now lets go inside! 😁 oh if you get lucky u can see monkys and eagles.
If you look at the picture above you can see thousands of bats. Cautioned do not open your mouth while staring up at the bats😂.
