You can now feel confident that your hope will turn into positive optimism, and perhaps even certainty! It won't be long before the first green shoots emerge into the fresh air. The garlic only takes a short break when the winter frost settles over the field. However, this doesn't last long, as the warmth of spring really gets growth going.
Looking forward to the little shoots coming up soon, and indeed it will stop growing during the winter. We grew some last year and it was interesting to watch it all grow.
