ORANGE is the fruit of citrus specie it's also called sweet Orange to distinguish it among the family of citrus specie, All citrus tree are single genius citrus including lemon, grapefruit and lime
Any citrus tree is cover by a rind originated by a rugged thickening wall.

ORANGE are classified into different varieties including cherry orange, Valencia, joppa orange and local varieties which is very common in Nigeria according local farmers they said local varieties of orange is very sweeter, juicer and have more advantage than any other varieties

ORANGE is a tree and is very easy to plant, first thing to do is to prepare a piece of land to be use for farm planting and clear away the bush, grass, trees and other things that can hinder the growing of orange on the farm, it can do manually or using herbicides after this leave the waste to decompose on the ground then prepare your soil to accept seed and the best soil for orange is DEEP SANDY LOAMY SOIL which is very healthy for the ORANGE when planting make sure that the distance between the two furrow is about 10 to 15 feet to make the orange spread very well and have a good germination then after all this is time for sowing then harvesting.
As you can see that planting of orange is very easy and simple to plant, don't forget to add some chemical that will help your plant growing faster and the one that will protect your plant from insect and pest like Action 40 and Dime force
