If a rich fruit, you want to eat / a fragrant melon you should try ... Well, yes my dear Steemians, in this opportunity I bring you information related to the melon, fruit that has a pleasant flavor and gives us.

The melon (Cucumis melo) is a juicy, sweet and good-smelling fruit. It has many properties, despite the belief that it is heavy digestion. We still have no certainty of its origin. Some tanned on this issue, they say that the melon comes from Asia, but others claim that it is native to Africa and, in fact, there are documents that place it in the year 4400 in some Egyptian tombs. How does it get to us? Thanks to the commercial routes that allowed it to reach Spain and the rest, fortunately, it is history.

The melon is a fairly complete fruit. Its consumption gives us Vitamin A and C, in potassium, calcium, iron, magnesium. It contains a lot of water and is low in calories. This makes it ideal for people who want to lose weight.#

Among its benefits it is possible to mention the following:

Ideal to include in slimming diets.
It favors the nervous and muscular system thanks to the potassium in it. This can be used after a jog day, for example.
Some studies suggest that melon contributes to the improvement of gout and rheumatism problems.
Increase red blood cells
Its high amount of water, make the melon ideal diuretic.
This has antioxidant properties.
Strengthens the immune system.

Melon uses:
This fruit can be eaten directly and can also be prepared in juices, compotes, jams, fruit salads. Whichever way you choose to eat it, you will have your wonderful contributions.
