I would like to add that fear like any negative emotion can be resolved by acceptance and awareness. Rejecting, unvalidating and resisting our fears increase their intensity make it more difficult for us to get rid of them. Allowing the fear to exist, not blaming ourselves or others about it help bringing it our control.
Yes, we must respond to it and not react to it. We need to first admit that fear before we start taking conscious efforts towards it. We should stop the blame game. Absolutely. Thank you so much for this.
