A decree had been passed that nobody should pray to any God, except that of Nebuchadnezzar, the Emperor. But Daniel dared the Emperor to pray contrarily, proclaiming his proscribed religion publictly!!
Desire tgevreprisals that followed, Daniel triumphed and was promoted as the Prime minister; even as the Emperor compelled every citizen yo worship the God of Daniel!!
