She'd rather die with her potential instead of daring greatly to increase her chances of dying empty.
She is afraid of failing - of falling down flat on her face.
She is afraid of what people will say.
Fear (of the unknown) has become her master. It's what has turned her into another carbon-copy she's become today. It's what is stopping her from moving forward; from releasing her potential and living life to the fullest.
What a terrible way to live life.
