You are absolutely right. Fear is an illusion.
You must understand that the fear that is born in you is the result of the release of certain substances in your brain. And all your accompanying fears - just a consequence of these mechanisms, they do not refer to any kind of real danger.
If all this is realized and accepted. You will never experience fear.
