The Two Tribal Authorities
The two tribes described below are instrumental in the building the Festival VIP crypto-ticket agreement. These individuals are legal owners of the One Love Fest and are the authorities of their stated value and contributions who also serve to validate the trust with the other signers of this document. The final draft of this whitepaper will be published on the STEEM blockchain to leverage the secure, decentralized, censorship, and tamper resistance guaranteed by the immutable nature of a blockchain. Anyone reading this is invited to comment below (in this steemit.com post) and confirm your intent to join us in this co-creation. The comment section will be where every validated signer of this contract will confirm their commitment to this co-creation and to the world.
At times these tribes will be working alone and often they will require extensive collaboration; by offloading the bulk of control and governance over the value to math it has allowed us to build trust in other avenues previously not appreciated. Other tribes may and will likely join later. These tribes are made up of countless other humans that span the globe who are probably members of multiple tribes. This document is a proof of concept on how to take a hierarchical centrally run community and solve their largest problems with the implementation of crypto-decentralizing internet technologies.
One Love Fest & Leaders Causing Leaders

The individuals who make up this tribe are often the elders, pioneers, leaders and the soul of our festival. This tribe represents a major contribution of community that makes up a large portion of the the One Love Fest Ecosystem. In addition to their contribution of creation is their US based ownership of all One Love Fest intellectual property with sole legal authority to license tickets for the 2018 festival. Below is a list of valued assets that this tribe is pledging to this co-creation.

Crypto Unicorns & Festival VIP

This tribe is made up almost exclusively of magical humans. They often are the healers, the visionaries, the builders, the hackers, the rule breakers, and the system fixers. For the purpose of this contract the Crypto Unicorns will provide all crypto technology support where they have full control of what computer and network technologies are used at the festival. All of their code and knowledge published from the tribe will be open licensed and published. Below is a list of valued assets that this tribe is pledging to this co-creation.
-All support needed to operate a decentralized token ticket exchange
-Create and manage all needed ticket tokens

-On site merchant crypto POS support and training

Finding Friction and Fixing with Love
The tribal co-creators started this quest December of 2017 with unanimous commitment to recontextualizing the festival ecosystem by utilizing the most advanced and successful tools and processes available today. Initial capital contribution was made by the Crypto Unicorns to run a pilot study to determine if further resources should be focused towards this joint partnership. Below are summaries of friction points where we have observed higher rates of disagreement requiring extensive resources to resolve, but then applying the shared skills and techniques available from each of the tribes resulted in a significant reduction in resistance and this document is one of many proofs we will show for many years to come that adding crypto to a partnership is a viable approach.
Access During the Festival
Festival.VIP agrees to split 50/50 of all proceeds from the direct sell of authorized One Love Festival Tickets. At the completion of the Festival.VIP’s sale of tickets all capital contributions by the Crypto Unicorns will be considered fully settled with no further obligation.

When both tribal leaders from the One Love Fest confirm their commitment to this contract, which will be posted in the comment section below, then the 2018 One Love Festival tokens Crypto Unicorns have created with Festival.VIP are guaranteed to be later redeemed for a ticket.
