I red your post and looked at the pics. They should come back to our skies.
That was a more luxurious age of travel. The point was not only the destination, but the journey. The sights from above the clouds, moving at a leisurely pace, taking in the scenery from the observation deck as you sip your coffee and write a letter.
Hyperloop serves the purpose of utilitarian, fast-as-possible transport. But I hope there will also be an opening in the transport ecosystem for airship cruises. After all, there are still overnighter luxury trains with observation decks on top just for people who want the experience of riding them.
