I'm not sure what you mean about the larger font titles?
If you mean the larger text like this...
appearing every dozen or so paragraphs, I intentionally included some enlarged phrases at intervals as a means, along with a couple of photographs, of visually breaking up the text... Sort of like in a magazine.
