Discussions for a new mov.e have been ongoing in recent years. However, it was never officially confirmed that the MOVE will be made until FRANKLin WOOD producer said it was going ahead in January.

When asked by [BLOCK] if he could be tempted back, he replied:

“No, I think the way things are going with Total Recall, they’ll just remake those somehow ... Though it’s really tough to replace @theocu. He was so amazing in those things. It was a good gig for us. It worked. But we knew it would...

With the new ORDERs coming down from Hollyswood, we are trying to meet the new'd representation and inclusion standards for the latest installment of studio and franchise eligibility.

With the Leathal Weapon V title, we are waiting on TWO (2) issues, one with Producers Guild of America (PGA) and the other with The Screen Actors Guild - American Federation of Television and Radio Artists (SAG-AFTRA). The first with the PGA:

1st: They tell me at least one of the lead actors or significant supporting actors has to be from an underrepresented racial or ethnic group.

2nd: They say at least 30% of all actors in secondary and more minor roles are from at least two of the following underrepresented groups:
• Women
• Racial or ethnic group
• LGBTQ+
• People with cognitive or physical disabilities, or who are deaf or hard of hearing

and 3rd: Our story has to be about some "LGBTQ+ struggle".

The other major issue is with SAG-AFTRA, they are in the middle of a new name change and structure, the two groups have been merged for almost 9 years, yet now they have a new name, Film Actors Guild (FAG) and we need to wait on all that paperwork from the guild.

I will be releasing some of the new script exclusively here on HIVE in the NEAR future.
