Is this Castle Avalon? The only Texas "castle" I've been to is the Wine Castle near Hye. We stop there for a glass when we go to Fredericksburg. Cool images and nice drone shots.
Actually it's Newman's Castle in Bellville - close to Brenham. The craziest thing about this is that there are multiple castles in Texas which I didn't know until last week. Crazy stuff! We had fun filming out there.
