Tips to record video with DSLR cameras

I will give you tips on how to record video with DSLR cameras.
I as a videographer should give knowledge to friends who are in Steemit. (Is it true?)

Here are some tips you need to know about how to record video with a DSLR camera:

Provide additional storage media

Your 4GB memory card will feel very small when used to record video. It is better to provide additional memory card or external hard drive to store the recording.

Set the settings as needed

If you want to make a video in standard resolution (SD), set the video to that resolution. If you set it to HD resolution, it will be inconvenient because it must re-convert SD resolution, and certainly more extravagant memory.

Provide a spare battery

When in video mode, DSLR cameras definitely consume more battery power. So the backup battery is absolutely necessary here.

Note the frame rate settings

The larger the frame rate will indeed make the movement in the video so smoothly. But it also enlarges the file size. In Indonesia, we use the PAL standard so the good video is set to 25 fps.

Note the recording duration

DSLR cameras have very sensitive image sensors. If this sensor has reached a certain temperature, it will be shutdown automatically by the camera to protect the sensor from damage. Try to record a maximum of 10 minutes for 1 video file. From this side, a very solid DSLR camera is used to record live events, which require the camera ON to continue for hours.
