The movie was prescient. A future real event is on a Wiki, 'the death of Gareth Williams.' Williams was recruited for the MI6 because of his high ranking on an online war game. The game was something like WOW, I looked the exact game up, and cannot find archived stories on it. He was found dead in an MI6 safe house, in a zipped duffle bag, in the bathtub of his room. Said it was suicide, because of deviant sexuality. He was thought to be gay, and was known to buy expensive lingerie for himself.
