If you have gone up and then crash as you say you got still the knowledge, the experience and you can make a comeback
Otherwise it's the same as saying, life is suffering with some happy moments, but at this point better always suffer, doesn't make sense
Yeah, life is suffering with a few happy moments and I guess we just have to work harder to increase our own happy moments. I'll always prefer "having" and using my knowledge to try and get back.
