As a Cardiac Nurse knowing vital lifesaving 'tricks' such as Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) is absolutely vital but what shocks me is that not everyone does know CPR. So as a former Volunteer for St. John Ambulance and NHS Cardiac Nurse, here is a quick quide to CPR in a video from St. John Ambulance. Watching it really could make you a lifesaver.
