[Bug] Unable to fetch: YouTube API error 404

When hovering on a Signal (that is in Await approval), hovering over the source (like YouTube cz_binance), there is a tooltip showing: Unable to fetch: YouTube API error 404
The playlist identified with request's \u003ccode\u003eplaylistId\u003c/code\u003e parameter cannot be found.

The error should be fixed and also the error/tooltip by escaping correctly the special chars.

        i think this one was rejected, and so it showed some strange things. but i think now we have this issue closed out with this account: https://beta.firstcontext.app/creator/cz-binance
