Hi I'm relatively new on steemit but I love the platform. I have hundreds of followers on other social media platforms and would like to start converting them to Steemians. Is there a way that I can be rewarded for that. I see that Weku a similar platform actually rewards you for referring new people.. Is there a way I can get some steem love for doing the same on steemit...?

I actually don't know about Weku but Steemit has no such rewards so far. As you might have noticed, account creation currently requires patience and - due to the small amount of initial ressource credits (RC) - some investment to the platform if you don't get a delegation soon to be as active as you need to be in the first weeks to get a network of people reading and responding to your articles or videos.
