Week 6 Results—The Finish Line
CONGRATULATIONS to the Power-Up Fitness Challenge Team for completing SIX WEEKS of increased FITNESS!

The TEAM gained some members and, unfortunately, lost some members. However, four of us stayed the course and finished the Challenge. Proud of you guys!
You invested in your health and fitness, and you were an example and inspiration to those who watched your journey. That makes you a WINNER!
The goal of the Power-Up Fitness Challenge was to complete 5 Daily Workouts each week!
Week 6 Power-Up Fitness Challenge Team:
All fitness levels were able to participate in the Power-Up Fitness Challenge because they chose their own workouts based on their interests and abilities. The Team included yogis, walkers/hikers, yard-workers, ping pong players, elliptical enthusiasts and Crossfitters! The goal was consistent, daily activity.
Week 6 Results
Each week members “invested” 0.5 SBD to be held for them as incentive to follow through with their commitment. If they met the goal, their investment was moved into their “personal bank” and held until the end of the Challenge. If they missed the goal, their investment was moved into the “Team Pot” to be awarded to the “Most Inspiring” 6 Week Challenge: Results Post.
This post will be judged by me as the MOST INSPIRING, not necessarily the most successful. I’d love to see photos or share metrics of progress or lessons learned and habits transformed...be creative! Please publish your post on your blog and link it in the Comments of THIS post no later than 11:00PM GMT Sunday, May 27th to be considered for the Prize, which is 8.0 SBD!
