Hi Adam! Sleep... I hear you. Have we chatted about circadian health before? If not, I'm sure you're all over it. If not... sounds like your cortisol levels are spiking too early. They're supposed to spike just before sunrise not in the early morning. Might be something to look into - to see if you can move the needle on this.

It honestly hasn't been a problem for a while... it's definitely been weeks that I've been wide awake around 3am, and definitely hasn't been regular... but if it becomes a problem I'll look into Carrie B!

Well, I sincerely appreciate the effort of you scrolling back. I haven't done my fitness posts in a while because I left my handy dandy scale back in the US and I found that to be such a good focal point from a data perspective on my progress. I'll have to look at getting a new one in Australia.
