 The power of our brain decline according to our age as per our other  body parts.We start to forget many things in our daily routine.
We forget about our business related works like meetings,transactions,some household works like kitchen work and many other works  related to our daily routine there may be many reasons of this like more stress,less workout,busy life,job pressure,age effect etc.
so today i wanna share some solutions of this problems which can help you in improve your memory that are below. 

 ALMONDS:- Almonds are the best remedy to improve your memory if you daily use this will be very helpful for your health and
your mind if you use daily 6-8 almonds with  one cup of milk then you will see its result with in 15 days.The best  time to take almond is the evening time before 3 hours from dinner with  milk
Mind Games:- Mind games are very helpful in sharper en mind that are below  

 chess

puzzle

quiz participation

Sudoku

Boggle

involvement  in social activities and with the mind games some physical games also  better for us it refresh our mind and when our mind will refresh then  its reduce the stress and strong the cells of mind. 

 Diet:- Our diet also plays an important role in mind development.if we make
 proper time table of our diet and include healthy food in our diet then  this will show very good result to us include salad in our meal,take  milk,make time table of everything and proper follow this diet and time  table this is not only good for our memory this also good for our  physical health
Be Happy:-Always be happy because if we forget the sadness then with happiness we could not be stressed . 

 if we are living our life without stress then our life fill with happiness and if we are happy in our life then your mind cells automatically do their best.
Daily Exercise:-if we are doing daily exercise then our brain do best and its run fast and we live normal life without any problem and get success in our life because if we did not forget anything then obviously we do our best in our field. 

  Take Proper Sleep:-if we take proper sleep  then our mind will be fresh and active and this will helping in  increase our memory level,so daily we have need to take sleep of minimum  7-8 hours if you take sleep of 8 hours then you can do your all work  actively with good mind soif you wanna live healthy life then take proper sleep at night. 


 Meditation:- Meditation also the best way to increase your memory power.If you daily sit alone only for 10-15 minutes then
 you will see its effect with in a month because when we sit for  meditation then our mind would be relax and we remind all things
that are important in our life and with this way we will notice that  we remember all that things that are important to us and our memory power automatically increase.
Write down the necessary things:-if you wanna memorize some important task then you can also write down on notepad or on your system
this will help you to increase your brain power  because when we write down it anywhere then we see this again and again  and with this we could not forget our important work and our memory  will automatically notice it in storage and increase the capacity of  remembering.
