I get one of these guys.
Theyre not as cheap per g of protein as eggs or chicken breast, but you just pop the lid, dont have to cook or boil stuff, and they taste quite good. Theyre like 99 eurocents.

I wonder if there is some extra processed stuff in there to make it last... do they stay fresh for a long time?
I dont think so. Its just milk and salt. It lasts about a month unopened in the fridge.
