Hello family! Today i'am sharing an advanced workout regime with all of you for muscle building & gaining some serious lean mass.

Workout Details
Duration: 12 weeks
Workouts per week: 5
Fitness level: Advanced
Equipment needed: Full Gym

This is a muscle building plan hence you will need to lift some heavy ass weights & a lot of protein intake so go for lean sources of protein like chicken, fish & eggs. The number of sets should be in the range of 3-4 and you need to do a minimum of 7-8 repetitions in each set.

Do not forget to add more weight as you ascend the number of sets.

Enough protein, rest & sleep will surely help you to gain some serious muscle mass if you follow this 12-week plan.
