Qigong

I always feel like an inner goddess when practicing Qigong. Deep focused breathing with correct posture, slow movement, and meditation, helps to boosts my stamina, strength and power.
Qigong is my 'go to' activity when I need a 'quick pick me up'.
Morning had broken and I felt flat and grumpy from being kept awake by loud clapping and rolling thunder. I had a full day's agenda waiting and the only way I could revitalize myself quickly was by practicing Qigong.
Here you can see me mimicking the action of 'Drawing the Bow to Shoot the Bird Of Prey'. The function of this exercise is to improve the lungs and liver. It helps to nurture the eyes, vision, and precision in gaze. In essence, it helps to maintain a healthy vision and gives clarity and makes you feel balanced. Just what I needed 😍

I really need to wake up and exercise. I've always liked the fluid movements watching Tai Chi. I dont' have the discipline.
