It funny how I came across this post when tomorrow will be my very first day at the gym.
I'm about 66kg and I am hoping to get to a 100kg in a year or two. My goal is to gain muscle (and look. A little intimidating. Something I consider useful for a father of two).
Quite nervous because it's my first time and I don't know anything about the gym. Plus understanding of German is still very basic, so communicating with the instructor would be difficult. Nevertheless,I am glad I'm on this journey.

I'd be pretty happy with even 10kg of extra muscle and here you are shooting for almost 4 times that.
You're gonna have to eat more than you want to and do some intense bulking strategy.
