30 day Push up Challenge

Hello All,

As of 11.20.18 I started a 30 day push up challenge. Each day I will do at least 100 push ups a day and see my transformation in 30 days. If your interested in joining me check out my youtube channel and here to follow and/or join my challenge.

I'll follow you. I just began a new 12 week routine with the Gorilla Bow so I can't join you but will keep up with how you are doing.

Great to see you again. I remember you when we were both doing the 100 rep challenge. Glad that your still going and being active.
