Huge step in my mission to a handstand pushup.

I DIDN'T TOUCH MY HEAD! 😁😁😁πŸ’ͺπŸ’ͺπŸ™ŒπŸ™Œ The shoulder workouts are definitely working. Incline bench press as well as sitting and standing shoulder presses with a barbell. Has helped me build up both heavy lifting muscles to lift up my ~180lbs bodyweight and the supporting muscle to keep my balance on the way up.

This was a big step on my way to a headstand pushup. Now I just need to be able to do the handstand part of it.
