I either cycle to shift my weight, stop drinking, or do both!
Until I go on holiday, late July or lose 2 stone to get to my fighting weight of 11 stone (whichever is sooner), I'll be trying to stay off the alcohol and push myself cycling. :(
The 8 mph average speed barrier is asking to be smashed next time I ride!
It's all cycle tracks near me - It's lovely.

I do miss cycling! I used to cycle a lot, but not anymore.
