Looking at you picture made me noticed to a great extent what would have been missing if I had taken same pictures in my country.
FIRST
Lights everywhere, in a country that experience almost 16hours electricity power shortage don't even think you will be seen street lights on.
SECOND
I stay in a place that isn't close to a river or even flowing waters lolzzz, so the boat being transported won't have been had I taken this kind of pics in my country.
THIRD
seeing some beautiful blue-like lights,
It is beautifully strange having such a bright blue light.
I haven't seen such before in my environment.
