** I am a person who loves to watch Japanese anime and manga. That's why I also love Japanese cherry blossoms. In the animated film cherry blossoms always fly in front of the wind creates a romantic, romantic scene. So even though I am Vietnamese, I will write once about this cherry blossom**.

Cherry blossoms start to bloom almost throughout Japan in the spring. The weather in Japan is still cold and the daily temperature is between 2 and 16 degrees Celsius, but for Japan, Spring has arrived, quite warm. Right on the spring break and preparation for the new school year so many people to the park with friends and family watching the flowers. One year only once, so everyone is chemically, do not miss the opportunity. Everywhere you see Sakura, places where flowers blossom as famous as Ueno Park - TOKYO or around OSAKA JYO-OSAKA. The Japanese call this festival Hanami (花 見) **

Cherry blossoms come in a variety of colors, from wild mountain blossoms to those that are bred to serve the needs of the human eye. Here are some typical flowers :

Yamasakura Modification
It usually grows south of Honshū. It also has another name, White Mountain Sakura. When the flowers are blossoming it is usually white or light pink and the scent is bold. The characteristic of this flower is when the flowers are blooming at the time the leaves sprout.

Oyamasakura Amendments
Often grown north of Honshū and Hokkaido, it is also called Sakura Sakura (Beniyama Zakura). The flowers are darker pink, the leaves and flowers are bigger than Yamazakura.

Oshimasakura

Oshimazakura is found in the Izu Peninsula. When the leaves are sprouting buds, it is also the time when the flowers begin to bloom and the fragrance is characteristic of this flower. At the end of the cherry blossom season, the leaves are usually marinated in some kind of salt and used to make rolls outside of onigiri rice or rolls outside of a thick Japanese traditional cake. So this new flower is called sakura mochi.

** Edohigan Modification**
This flower usually grows in the mountains of Honshū, Shikoku and Kyushū. The characteristic of this flower is that before the leaves sprout buds, the petals are blooming, changing from white to light pink, we can catch them falling down to the side of the lake.

Although Sakura is not officially recognized as the National Flower, but is popular with the Japanese people, in fact it exists as a symbol of the national flower of Japan. For the Japanese, the Sakura zensen symbolizes beauty, fragility and purity, which are "blossoming" and are samurai's favorite, as it symbolizes the "dead way" of the boxer. (Live and die like cherry blossoms). I came here to remember the anime I often watch: "Hakuouki" and the Shinsegumi boxer ..... The scene that reminded me the most was when the Hijikata fighter died and the sakura flowers flying around him like Snowflakes. Wonderful!

The legend of Sakura
There is a legend that "sakura" is a reference to the word "sakuya", taken from the name of the goddess Konohana-Sakuya-hime, a god mentioned in the history of Kojiki. According to legend, this goddess is the first person to plant seeds of cherry blossoms on Mount Fuji should be considered goddess Sakura. The goddess has wonderful beauty and the sakura flower blossoms as beautiful as her beauty. Perhaps it is because of The legend of Sakura
