Caught the Flu

Hi Friends,

I was hoping to get out on the golf course today, but my plans were foiled when I came down with the flu :(

I will spare you all the details, but it was pretty violent one. Kendra also caught the bug, and a miserable night was spent on Thursday night with her throwing up quite a bit.

This year has been a rough one in terms of sicknesses - it seems we have had hard time all being healthy.

I am hopeful for fewer doctor visits in 2020 - perhaps its not something we can always control, but I am optimistic!
