Thank you for this. I used to swallow my toothpaste as a child and ended up with dental fluorosis. Now as an adult, I am having a lot of trouble with my teeth because of it. I'm not so worried about my own teeth anymore, since they are already wrecked, but I have a young toddler who also swallows his toothpaste. I don't want the same to happen to him so I have been buying low-fluoride toothpaste but been having a hard time finding fluoride free toothpaste. This list is great!
