Great post as always @doitvoluntarily ! We have long known about the dangers of to much fluoride here in Canada , but I did not know so much about it being in the fertilizer , food , cookware and soil and then we plant our vegetable seeds that grow in this !! How does a person even know that while we are trying to eat more healthy by growing our own gardens its in our fertilizer and soil !! This is ridiculous there should be warnings on the stuff we buy about it ! Thanks for the info ! Upped and resteemed !!👍✌💕👍✌💕

One thing that I think may be underestimated in terms of improving our soil is fulvic acid. You can also drink it.
