Great post, thanks.. I don't necessarilly have trouble going to sleep after long hours of computer work at night, but I am always tired in the morning - as if I got no rest.
After spending 1 whole week without using the computer or cell after 5pm (just to test) I felt noticeably better. Usually I'm working late into the night, and I really feel that it's harmful for us to recieve so much direct, electronic light to the head for 8 to 10 hours a day. Hopefully this app wil help make a difference for me and for others.
Give it a try, it might help. For some people there is no way not to use a smartphone or computer as it is directly connected to the work you do everyday anyway... even after the official working hours are over.
