my last recorded weight before my trip to philippines was 170. so i guess l lost some weight right away from the gall bladder removal and maybe a few lbs through lack of food and sweat?

anyway, did u know the gall bladder is about the size of a small potato.. i bet mine was bigger since it was very inflamed too.

I can truly understand what you are saying about weight changes after gall bladder removal, Boss. Surgery can really make the body lose weight fast, especially when food intake is less and the body is still healing. I also had a time when I was sick, and I noticed I lost weight quickly without even trying. It felt strange because I was not focused on diet, but my body was reacting to illness and recovery. Your point about the gall bladder being the size of a small potato is very interesting. I never thought about how small organs can cause such big problems when they are inflamed. I remember when I had stomach issues, even small pains made me weak, and I could not eat properly. That led to sweating and feeling tired, and I noticed my clothes became loose. Huhu! It shows how fast the body can change when something inside is not okay. I think sharing this kind of detail helps others understand what recovery looks like in real life. It is not only about numbers on the scale, but about how the body adjusts after surgery or sickness. I hope your healing continues well and that you gain back strength step by step. 🙏 Health is really the most important thing, and your story is a good reminder of that. Laban, Boss Chinito! 💪
