I've seen all kinds of dog collars and it's true that some dogs might require stronger collars.. like u probably wouldn't see a chihuahua with a thick, chain collar, or a rottweiler with a collar made of yarn..
but c'mon.. i thought this one was the most ridiculous thing i've seen on a dog. (although some spikes would've added to the look)
