Happy late new years to u! I been sick for a bit, but now am feeling well enough to get back into things. I don't know if I can jump straight into posting as much, but maybe I'll try some daily posts just to keep me active and to say hey.
I am trying to adjust my meds and am now taking 750mg a day of Depakote (also called dival proex). I'm just typing it here so I remember. this one is a mood stabilizer.
I am also taking an anti anxiety called hydroxyzine. it's just a small 1mg pill i take each morning, but it seems to have a big effect. yay!
and I will add one called Lamictal which is an anti depression med. (100mg)
I was bummed that I had to take more pills each day. I had been down to just 2 pills (lithium), but after taking that for so many years, it was starting to hurt my kidneys. (or is it liver?.. the one that filters.. wait, just looked it up and it turns out both organs do filtration, so not sure..) so I had to stop taking that and now I need to figure out what will work for me instead.

Nice to see you back :) Now I know why your not online..Just like you I also had some meds taken for anxiety deppresion my medicine is quitiapine and revotril.
ooh, i took quetiapine before. it made me sleep and like a zombie.. i stopped taking it after some time.. i shouldn't have done that, but now i seem to be taking the more dose of the other one to make up for it.
