Today is my older sister's birthday. she coming over later. i got her this book..
she's into home remedies, i think. see, she is more disabled than me in her own way.. she has to do infusions of this goblin stuff for her immune system every few days. so she is forced to stay in house mostly and is afraid to travel or get exposed to any germs.
this is something i need to work on for my own life,
i often worry about the future too much. also, i dwell in the past when depressed. i want to live more present, while still planning for the future.
