I found this machine at my new gym. I've used ones like it before, but the cool thing is how it combines the bicep curl with the tricep extension, simply by switching the direction u are pulling or pushing.
all from the same seated position, so it is a fast and very effective exercise. the pump is great. 💪😎
Been dragging my butt to exercise, with the weather, you just want to chill and stare at the ceiling while listening to music 😅
